Malvern Boilers Case Study

We first met Malvern Boilers at the end of September 2001. They were developing a new range of oil fired swimming pool boilers exclusively for sale through Certikin International (tel: 01993 778855).

We were manufacturing a newly conceived boiler control PCB just a few weeks later.

We designed the PCB to an agreed specification. It integrated several functions traditionally provided by separate modules, reducing cost and allowing novel new features such as temperature display and frost protection to be built in.

Now in 2008, we continue to supply the original PCB and have developed a 2nd PCB to control Certikin condensing gas boilers.

Through the years, we have made numerous improvements both to the original and the new control PCB. PCBs can be fitted to a wider range of boilers with a range of control methods, and it is now possible to network several boilers in large installations.
