We have been supplying heating controls and electronic thermostats to the domestic heating market for many years. Having gained much expertise, it was a natural progression to develop our own system.

Under the trading name of Celsia Systems we have developed wireless programmable thermostats which communicate using 433MHz radio (Standard ETS 300 220) to Celsia control PCBs that manufacturers fit into their heaters.

For electric heater manufacturers, the Celsia System provides:

• rapid incorporation into heater products
• is most cost effective
• provides precision room/zone temperature control
• makes heating product appeal to wider range of applications.

We design a bespoke control PCB to the requirements of your specific heater. We can do this rapidly based on our experience of developing many similar PCBs. Our controls integrate functions traditionally provided by separate modules, reducing cost on both product and installation at manufacture and allowing novel new features. Typical features are:

• 230V AC supply.
• Integrated radio receiver
• Zero voltage load switching using triacs.

• Appliance surface temperature control.
